The Cannes Film Festival is officially back & better than ever this year, with more celebs and more screenings than before. The festival began on May 16, 2023 & since opening day, the celebrities have already arrived looking fabulous i their outfits. One of our favorites was this bedazzled strapless dress worn by Elle Fanning at the ‘Jeanne du Barry’ premiere.
