The bylaw prohibiting the feeding of feral cats should remain in force.

When one feeds these cats, they also feed skunks, racoons, opossums and rats as an unintended consequence.
We have two close neighbours who do this, resulting in a major rodent problem at our house. We have tried to explain this to them, but the feedings and resulting problems continue.
City hall must remain firm with this sensible bylaw.
